The architecture features a great composition simplicity yet with a strong formal characterization that is intended to emphasize the social importance. Around the basin that currently exists, the new facilities will be built of reinforced concrete frame consisting of 38 wall - pillar of reinforced concrete poured on site, which support the new grandstand and the new roof.

Post-earthquake reconstruction project, promoted by the Protezione Civile, created with load-bearing structure in prefabricated panels of plywood and ecological materials. The easy assembly of the panels, together with innovative building-site management, permitted creation of the six buildings comprising the project in only 78 days.
